Refund, Return, and Damage Policy

Refund/Return Policy 
We will allow returns on orders containing clothing items. All other items such as custom items, discounted items, drinkware, and other accessories are final sale. The item eligible for returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not allow full refunds on any of the merchandise only store credit. The item must be in good condition with unworn, no stains, strong perfume/cologne smell, or damage. Please contact us before returning your item via email at malloryalineco@gmail.com
Damage/Lost Policy 
If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
