When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days. A reminder that business days are M-F from 9-5pm. 
My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet. What do I do? 
If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives.
I waited 7 business days and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.
My shipping address is incorrect. Can I change it?
Please email us the new address you would like your package to be delivered to as soon as possible! 
Do you do customs?
Yes! We offer customization on various different pieces on our website. With that being said custom orders do take longer to process. I recommend in the comment section in your cart to please let me know the date in which you need the order by if needed by a certain time. If you have a questions on an estimated shipping times or need a large quantity for events such bridal showers, birthdays, etc. please email me at malloryalineco@gmail.com
Refund/Return Policy
We will allow returns on orders containing clothing items such as t-shirts, tanks, shorts,shoes, etc. All other items such as custom items, discounted items, drinkware, and other accessories are final sale. The item eligible for returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not allow full refunds on any of the merchandise only store credit. The item must be in good condition with no stains, strong perfume/cologne smell, or damage. Please contact us before returning your item via email at malloryalineco@gmail.com
Damage/Lost Policy 
If your item was damaged during transit please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the delivered date. If you message us after 14 days, we cannot replace your item. Photos of the damaged item(s) are required!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
